Core router crs-evo software upgrade

Dear customer,
During this maintenance window we will reboot the CRS-1 router at Evoswitch.
The reboot is required to upgrade installed software.
Before the reboot we will reroute all traffic to the core router at location Telecity.
No service impact is expected, however there might be a brief period of higher latency during the switchover.
EvoSwitch Datacenter.
We are on holliday from 5. till 16. september.
Support is open but it can have a little delay.
For network failure clients can call/sms a special phone nummber.
